C‑level
without a full-time hire

Eight years building digital products: from entry-level roles to the C‑suite, then my own software company. Now I help businesses and product teams move faster—without the cost and risk of a full-time executive hire.

How I can help

Two ways to work together: launch something new or accelerate what already works.

Launch: 0 → 1

I turn an idea into a working product with economics you can defend.

  • 01Financial model and unit economics
  • 02Market and competitor analysis
  • 03Prototype and MVP
  • 04Full-cycle development: web and mobile applications
  • 05Go-to-market and first sales

I write the code myself with AI tools. When a project needs more hands, I bring in developers and designers I trust.

Growth: 1 → N

The product works. Now it needs to deliver more.

  • 01Growth hypotheses and validation
  • 02Customer interviews
  • 03Conversion, monetization, and pricing
  • 04Channels: SEO, paid acquisition, social, and influencers
  • 05AI audit, automation, and tool selection
  • 06Team development and hiring

I work directly with stakeholders, executives, and delivery teams. I help choose the right AI tools, embed them into day-to-day operations, and train the team to use them.

How it works

Four steps from first conversation to measurable progress. You see the first result before any contract or spend.

STEP 01

Discovery call

In 30–40 minutes, we unpack the challenge. I’ll tell you candidly whether I can help and what I would do.

We’ll cover the product, goals, and bottlenecks. If I’m not the right person, I’ll say so and point you toward the expertise you need.

STEP 02

First result

I start at no cost: I get up to speed and deliver the first tangible result within a week. Your downside is zero.

We agree on what “result” means during the call: a funnel audit, a prototype, a growth plan, or a completed backlog item.

STEP 03

Review together

We review what changed and what it achieved. If the work is useful, we continue. If not, we part ways—no invoice.

I show working outputs: metrics, code, copy, and processes. The decision to continue is entirely yours.

STEP 04

Monthly engagement

A direct contract with my registered business, a fixed scope, and no intermediaries. Reporting arrives without reminders.

We agree the fee before we start. I invoice through my business, send a proactive update every week, and remain your direct point of contact.

What I bring

Cross-industry experience, a proven AI operating system, and C‑level delivery—without months of ramp-up.

Less expensive than hiring. Faster than hiring.

The fair comparison is a C‑level product hire—the level of ownership and expertise I bring.

Working with me

start this week
  • First tangible result at no cost—before any contract or spend
  • One fixed monthly fee. Taxes and operating overhead stay with me
  • C‑level expertise from day one, with no onboarding or probation period
  • A scope that can expand or contract with the work
  • I source, manage, and pay any additional specialists myself
  • One accountable owner, direct access, and a proactive weekly update

Full-time product leader

2–3 months to start
  • C‑level talent starts at ₽800,000 net per month, plus payroll taxes and contributions
  • A search process, followed by onboarding and probation
  • A hiring mistake costs months and significant money
  • A full-time salary even when the workload changes
  • Paid leave, sick leave, and employment-law obligations
  • Design, engineering, and acquisition still require separate hires

A network of senior and C‑level specialists

When a project needs extra capacity or specialist expertise, I bring in people I’ve worked with for years—or find the right expert. I brief them, manage the work, and pay them. You still have one person accountable for the result: me.

A note Takhir Adilzhanov from me

I’ve spent eight years building products: improving funnels and monetization at US telehealth and career-tech companies, launching an AI platform from scratch, and then growing IOTA with my partner from a small agency into a digital leader in insurance. Today, I work independently.

People I’ve worked with trust me with their product, budget, and team. But if we haven’t met yet, I understand the hesitation: I’m a business owner too, and I know how hard it is to place your product in an outsider’s hands.

So I reverse the usual order: first I deliver a result, then you decide whether to work with me.

The first week costs nothing and creates no obligation. After that, the choice is yours: continue month to month under a direct contract, or walk away having spent no more than the time for one call.

I’ve used LLMs in real products since GPT‑3.5, which my team had in production before the public API existed. I write code, model unit economics, run interviews, and launch growth channels—covering work that often takes several separate hires.

Those hires come with salaries, payroll taxes, benefits, leave, and employment obligations. With me, there is one monthly invoice.
